Every plan includes unlimited customer registrations — you never lose a signup because of your plan.

The Free plan includes up to 10 notifications per month; Starter ($49/month) includes up to 500; Growth ($99/month) includes up to 2,000; Scale ($199/month) includes up to 5,000; and Pro ($299/month) is unlimited. Every Plus plan also includes a shared Slack channel with our team and a monthly review with our product team. Plans are flat. If you use up your monthly notification allowance, nothing is billed automatically — you choose to purchase an additional notification pack (which never expires) or upgrade your plan.
SMS notifications are billed separately per sent SMS, priced by the destination country of the subscriber's phone number (from $0.02 in the US & Canada) — on top of the plan price and independent of your plan's notification allowance. Does Back in Stock charge usage-based overage fees?
No. Plans are flat — if you use up your monthly notification allowance, nothing is billed automatically. You choose to purchase an additional notification pack (packs never expire) or upgrade your plan. SMS notifications are billed per message on top of the plan price, the same per-SMS model competitors use.
Does Back in Stock support preorders?
Yes. Preorders are included from the Starter plan ($19/month) up, with full payment, partial deposit, or discount-based incentive options.
How do I know how many notifications I have left on my plan?
