Back in Stock pricing scales with the needs of your business. The Free plan includes up to 10 notifications per month; Starter ($19/month) includes up to 500; Growth ($49/month) includes up to 2,000; and Pro ($99/month) is unlimited. Every plan includes unlimited customer registrations — you never lose a signup because of your plan.
Plans are flat. If you use up your monthly notification allowance, nothing is billed automatically — you choose to purchase an additional notification pack (which never expires) or upgrade your plan.
SMS notifications are billed separately at $0.015 per sent SMS — on top of the plan price and independent of your plan's notification allowance. This per-message SMS billing model is standard across the category.
Most restock-alert apps charge automatic usage-based overage fees — a per-preorder or per-notification charge added to your bill the moment you cross your plan's cap.
