Quantity Desired Field
In many cases, customers may be looking to purchase more than one unit of an out of stock item.
This is important information for store managers to have. To help communicate this, a quantity required field can be added to the Back in Stock notification form.
This field will be checked when the customer attempts to sign up to receive notifications for an out of stock product.
If the quantity entered is not a number greater than zero, an error message will be shown telling the customer to enter their desired quantity. Both the error message and the quantity field label can be edited in the settings.
Once the quantity field is enabled, reports will show an extra column with quantity desired information.
